Oil wells often require compression to increase the production, during this procedure fluid is often drawn up with the gas. By having a multiphase compressor the well can achieve optimum casing pressure without shutting down on high fluid level Methods, Procedures, Process: Using the technology of the Beam Gas Compressors, high compression ratios, and high discharge temperature, to name a couple. A now complicated problem for the facilities engineer becomes simple... Then combining the fore mentioned process for compressing gas with an equally simple drive system as hydraulics you get a most reliable, dependable and maintenance free compression system.

By using Hydraulic power to drive the piston rod in the compressor we can now free the system from any concerns of fluid entering the gas compressor side  of the system⋯ if we received fluid entrained with the gas then the hydraulic power system would simply push the fluid and gas into the flowline. 

This eliminates the need for a scrubber system and/or pump to take fluid out  of the gas⋯. Often when compression encounters fluid it requires the shutdown of the compressor and then the pressure at the gas source, be it well head casing or tank battery, goes up while waiting for the scrubber to be empty. It is in this time when bottom hole pressure rises and the well is then put in a period of cycling on and off as the casing pressure goes up and down.. Results, Observations, Conclusions: We will show multiple case studies of the  effect of multiphase compression and how it results in the consistent production of the well bore. Novel/Additive Information: By using this system you can greatly minimize the sophistication required of a compression system and thereby increase its reliability.
