Why Exhibit?
Exhibiting at the Southwestern Petroleum Short Course is a great way to showcase your company and its products. The Exhibit Hall is open from 8:00-5:00 on Wednesday and 8:00-1:00 on Thursday. Registrants can browse through the exhibits at their convenience. Registration, buffet lunches each day, and breaks are also located in the Exhibit Hall. Each 10X10 exhibit space includes a pipe and drape space, skirted table, two chairs, small head sign in the booth, registration for two company personnel, lunch each day of the exhibits, and two tickets to the Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening.
Exhibitor Information
The SWPSC Conference and Exhibits is scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center (1501 Mac Davis Lane).
Lone Star Decorating (www.lonestardecorating.com) is the event provider for freight services and needs such as carpet, additional tables, electrical, etc. Lone Star Decorating's number is 806-762-4112.

New for 2025
We are offering exhibits in the South Pedestrian Mall - the open corridor between the classrooms and exhibit hall! The 10X10 spaces will offer vendors a great opportunity to showcase their products and services as the first exhibits as registrants enter the conference venue. The space is limited to first come, first serve. (Note: Forklifts are not allowed on the floors in this area, so displays must be able to be carried or rolled.)
Guidelines for All displays
Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8ft is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4ft height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle. No materials or equipment should be outside the designated booth space. Signage or an extension hanging above the booth is not allowed as it will block the line sight of other exhibitors.

Southwestern Petroleum Short Course will fill as many locations request as possible on a first come, first serve basis. The SWPSC will review exhibitor applications and determine the final floorplan and location of exhibitors. SWPSC reserves the right to change the floor plan design at any time and without notice. In addition, SWPSC may move Exhibitor to an alternate location prior to or during the Event, if such change is deemed to be in the overall best interest of the Event by SWPSC.
