On-site pre-conference School registration will be available Monday and Tuesday, 7:30 - 12:00, at the south end of the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.   

On-site SWPSC conference registration will be open Wednesday, 8:00 am-1:00 pm and Thursday, 8:00 am - 10:00, in the south end of the Exhibit Hall in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.

Exhibitor Hall - Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.  The Exhibit Hall is located on the east side of the building. Bay doors for unloading and loading are also located on the east side of the building.  The Exhibit Hall be open for setting up from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Tuesday afternoon.  If more time is needed, please contact the SWPSC office.  The Exhibit Hall will close at 6:00 pm.

Join industry friends and colleagues in the Exhibit Hall Thursday morning for a cup of coffee and donut! 

The Exhibit Hall will close at 1:00 pm, after the lunch crowd clears, for exhibitors begin breaking down and departing.  For everyone's safety, please do not begin breaking down or moving out until after the exhibit hall has closed.  The exhibit hall loading doors and dock will not be opened until after 1:00 pm.  All exhibits must be cleared out by 5:00 pm.
