Jade Green is a Production Engineer with more than 13 years of experience. He currently serves as the Lead Production Engineer for Permian Resources over the Southern Delaware (TX) asset. His career began at XTO Energy, where he worked the Barnett Shale before relocating to Midland, TX in 2017 to work the Delaware Basin. He has continued to expand his Delaware experience through positions at XTO, Cimarex, Colgate Energy and now Permian Resources by way of merger. Jade's professional focus includes production surveillance and optimization, artificial lift strategy and design, downtime reduction, wellwork design and execution, and AL reliability and root cause failure analysis (RCFA). A proud Texas Tech University alumnus, Jade earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and served as President of the TTU SPE Student Chapter. He remains actively involved in the Society of Petroleum Engineers and other service organizations in Midland. Jade enjoys spending time with his wife Addyson and their two sons as well as golfing and playing tennis.
