Courtney Richardson has been with Oxy 9 years and is the technical point person for the QA/QC Artificial Lift Team. She supports all of Oxy’s domestic assets, with her primary expertise being in Sucker Rod Pumping. The primary function of her role is understanding lift equipment through its life cycle, from manufacturing to failure mode. Currently serves as the API 11BR Task Group Chair, a member of API SC11 Sub-Committee, API 11AR/AX Task Groups, and the SWPSC Program Committee. She has co-authored numerous technical papers for the SPE-ALCE/ATCE, SWPSC, PBALF, and helped develop and teach the RCFA courses at the ALRDC SRP Workshop and SWPSC Pre-Conference Schools
