Crystal Hemann is a Senior Production Engineer with a decade of experience in the Permian Basin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, where she poorly balanced her studies, job and a newfound love for red dirt music. Crystal began her career as a Frac Engineer in Midland but discovered her passion for operations at Catalyst Oilfield Services. She joined Shell in 2017 and moved to ConocoPhillips in 2021. Crystal is actively involved in professional organizations like the PBALF (chair in 2021), SPE ALCE, and the SWPSC. She also co-chairs the women’s network at ConocoPhillips because who needs free time? In her personal time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their nearly three-year-old daughter, who ensures there’s never a dull moment. She also tries her hand at tennis, though her serve might say otherwise.
